I am a user experience and interaction designer and information architect, working with international teams on enterprise, developer, and consumer products in an agile environment.
I work with external and internal customers. I gather user input and transform the input into requirements. I design user experiences and interfaces for all screen sizes (desktop, tablets, and phones) and all types of audiences, conduct user studies, perform heuristic evaluations of various designs and build interactive prototypes. I ensure that projects delivered by external vendors and all products meet the highest quality standards, with both an engaging user experience and user interface.
In addition, I work closely with the VPs, architects, marketing, development, quality assurance, visual design, and brand teams, delivering both short and long term high quality results.
